This is my second purchase, which probably says more than anything I could write.

Pete personally texted me to go over everything since it was my second one, and sent an extra item with it. The guy genuinely cares about his customers. That kind of service basically doesn't exist anymore.

The leash itself is the best I've ever had, and I've owned a lot of them. I wear it around my waist so I'm completely hands-free, and when I need control I just grab the ball instead of white-knuckling a regular leash. Total difference. My Giant Schnauzer is a big, strong dog and this handles him easily.

If you're on the fence, just get it. I'll be buying a third before this one ever wears out.

I have had my Handler Edition for a short time, and I must say it is an excellent leash, but more importantly a great tool. My puppy is a 17 month Olde English Bulldog who is pretty good on a regular leash, but I am in NYC and keep him on a short leash (4ft) most of the time unless we are training.

He is a high tolerance non-reactive dog who wants to meet every person and dog he encounters. That approach doesnt work in this town due to highly reactive dogs and not every person likes dogs.

The leash provides excellent control, and the cam ball is excellent. When my dog gets crazy the leash goes from 5ft to 6 inches. He got that right away.

Feels great and looks well made. He is still a bit of a leash chewer but for some reason not as bad as with a normal nylon or leather leads.

I have had many leashes for this dog and my last dog. My last dog was a rescue who had her issues, this would have been a great tool to use with her.

If you are thinking of pulling the trigger, go ahead. It was worth every penny. In about a month I plan on ordering another Handler Edition, and maybe I will get a Standard Leash as well. Bottom line, money well spent.

It's rugged, comfortable, and sexy. I'm able to walk both my dogs comfortably, and can isolate corrections, when necessary. When they're off-leash, it wears nicely. It's fast, and easy to hook them up, when needed.
Best of all was the response I got, after emailing about my questions/concerns about the hardware. Peter and I exchanged several emails, and phone numbers. We had a very nice conversation. All of my questions were answered, and I hung up feeling that he genuinely cares about his customers. I knew I was going to purchase one of his leashes. I'm glad I did. It's been fantastic.

Thank you
